Taking as a starting point the diagnosis and analysis of recent developments of the Portuguese economy, which included the analysis of systems of social provision such as housing and labour relations, and their role shaping the changing and variegated nature of financialisation in the country, the final roundtable discussed the policy alternatives open to semi-peripheries such as the Portuguese.
